Summary: | Interpretation of magnetic field data anomaly can be accomplished by 2-dimensional inverse modeling. In this research, synthetic data are modeled inversely using Levenberg-Marquardt Method that has been modified before. This inverse modeling system has been modified on limitation value of damping factor and minimizing roughness aspect. The inversion yields more interpretative and realistic results than using ordinary Levenberg-Marquardt. However, this inversion results still have a depth ambiguity. Applied roughness parameter assists inversion process going to converge immediately and will be optimal by using a certain value of multiplier number. For further development, the inversion can be embedded by constraint that the ambiguity can be resolved |
