Good education is one of the main asset to develop human resource quality. Education help person to have a spiritual power, self-control, manner, intelligent, attitude nobility, and skills for themselves, community and the nation. There are several levels in education but the most important is on the early childhood (elementary). Because of that, parents have to choose the best suitable school for their growing children. <br /> <br /> <br /> Tiara Bunda is one of the national curriculum elementary school in Indonesia which offer the uniqueness of learning. The objective of this study is to formulate Tiara Bunda Elementary development strategy. What needs to be maintained, retained and improved for increase the parent' trust. <br /> <br /> <br /> The research method used is to analyse the internal and external situation in Tiara Bunda School. Questionnaire also used to find information from internal respondents (parents) and some external analysis such as the school's competitors or the new curriculum challenges. <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of this study is to find some suitable strategies to increase costumer's trust, as well as the teachers and the learning methods Also expected to be the solution about problems for Tiara Bunda development system to know what to do and make some plan for increase the human resources qualities, learning method and facilities to compete the competitors. Equipped with time management setting for the optimal development system.
