Summary: | The road network is one indicator of land valuation. The better the quality and quantity of the road network will give a good effect also in the assessment of the land. Assessment of an area is calculated by analyzing the Tax Object Sales Value (SVTO). SVTO is the basis for the calculation of property tax in the can through the market data approach, costs, and revenues. Existing road network studied is the width of the road. SVTO and width of the data path has a relationship to be indicators of a land judging. The relationship will bring up whether there is a relationship between the width of the road and the value of the land with other land. <br />

This study on the correlation between the size of the width of the road with the Tax Object Sales Value (SVTO) surrounding land. Of some sample data that is used to give a result of the relationship between the width of the road and the value of the land. The results will be categorized to the strength of the correlation. Retrieval of data through observation previously existing ones. Furthermore, through a geospatial information system is assessed through the software to get the width of the data path and the import value of the land that is known to do. Before getting value is the first road through the identification of image processing, georeferencing, and digitizing images. <br />

The results of this research using Pearson count resulted in the existence of a very strong correlation between the value of land with road network indicator that the road width is equal to 80.12%. Woke up with a dominant scale because of the road network and the rest are other variables. |
