Summary:In the education world, evaluation is very important. It is beneficial in providing appropriate information to be used as a basis for policy and decision making, assessing the outcome of the students, assessing the curriculum, monitoring the given budget and improving the material and educational programs. Education evaluation activities in TNI environment has been regulated in the Army Manual Operation Control and Supervision of Education based on the Decree of the Army Chief No. SKEP/478/XII/2002, and the User's Guide about Technique of Education Report according to the Army Chief Regulation No. PERKASAD/249/XII/2007. The comprehensive, objective, and transparent educational evaluation is required by the Army leaders in deciding the appropriate policies in accordance with the needs of the organization. <br /> <br /> <br /> Military Academy as an educational institution yielding the army officers has conducted the evaluation of academic education by the end of each year of cadet education programs. But the educational evaluation is still normative and substantially has not analyzed the problems occurred. In this evaluation study, the researchers wanted to contribute in terms of academic thinking on the implementation of education at the Military Academy especially on the ten components of educators. This evaluation study will use the CIPP valuation model approach (Context, Input, Process, and Product) and the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. Through this study, the researcher wanted to know how the implementation of the educational component carried out at the Military Academy. <br /> <br /> <br /> And of the ten components of education, which components should receive priority attention from the institution and the Military Academy. The results of evaluation study showed that during the 2006 to 2008, the implementation of education at the Military Academy has not met the rules and policies of the army leadership. In the component of learners, the academic achievement decreased and a deviation occurred in the recruitment process. In component of educators and education, the requirements in terms of qualification and human resource development planning educators and professional staff are still minimum.
