ANALISIS KELAYAKAN INVESTASI PENDIRIAN PABRIK PENGOLAHAN KRIPIK BUAH DI KAWASAN PERTANIAN KECAMATAN LOA KULU KABUPATEN KUTAI KARTANEGARA

Agriculture central zone in Kecamatan Loa Kulu is the largest jackfruit (Artocarpus heteropyllus) crop harvest producers in the province of East Kalimantan. But local people could have not fell the good selling price, so their income are still under average of the income per capita in the East Kalimantan. As a solution has been made an effort to improve both grade/quality and added vale of the agriculture yield in that region. One of the alternatives is that establishing a processing plant of jackfruit crispy chips. Before investment an analysis of the investment feasibility is necessarilly implemented. The following are the analysis result: <br /> » Pay Back Period is a year and elevent months <br /> » Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is as much 55.53%. <br /> » Targeted Marked Share in East Kalimantan is 0.97%. <br /> » In the selling decrease more than 27.5% takes place the technology is available and it can be applied in the field. <br /> » Local people receive that project existence. <br /> Thereby, the establishment of jackfruit crispy chips plant in the Kecamatan Loa Kulu Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara or East Kalimantan is feasible to be implemented either technically, market or economically
