Otherwise government effort to clean the train area from house and other public activies always raise the conflict. <br /> <br /> <br /> The locations studies choose in Ciroyom Bandung Paskal Hypersquaer (ex-Bandung train warehouse) which build by commercial investors, and in Manggarai (double – double track project) which project is run by government budget. <br /> <br /> <br /> With those two different institutions and different characteristic, the study should build the comprehensive view for controlling the land occupation. <br /> <br /> <br /> In Ciroyom, conflict raise because the approaching failure and agreement failure on compensastion. Start rom that, the conflict issues is widening to society value such as race, religion and envious feeling because of the asymmetrical social and economic condition. In Manggarai issue also started because of agreement failure in compensation and different perception about land status ownership. <br /> <br /> <br /> The community against by protest and using political momentum for backup in Ciroyom. On the other hand protest is directed to corruption and legal standing to land status ownership. <br /> <br /> <br /> Conflict resolution approaching in Ciroyom did not aware the local value such as manner, religion and participation. It cause damage in relationships and raising racial and religion issues. Conflict resolution in Manggarai is conducted with law enforcement and transpiration in negotiations. <br /> <br /> <br /> In the future, the study about governance in public assets, and conflict resolution approach is needed.
