Description
Summary:Development in major cities in the graph shows a significant increase. Because the land is very limited in urban areas, development is directed vertically upwards or downwards. The underground space is a form of vertical development downward. Cadastre system in Indonesia is still referring to the 2D cadastre, so for the underground space, cadastral approach should refer to the 3D cadastre. One example of the use and control of the underground space is in Mal Blok M, South Jakarta which is a bus terminal on the top and Mal Blok M on the bottom. Information systems very helpful in processing, storing and visualizing land data. Thus, an information system should be established to provide information about the underground space in terms of ownership, use, location and visualization of the underground space in 3 dimensions The data collection includes the physical data, juridical data, field coordinate data and Google Earth coordinate data. Physical data georeferencing to coordinate TM3° by using field data. Juridical data for conceptual modeling will become database. Calculated RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) to measures error of study area and ΔD (distances differences) to determine map scale. Area and volume after georeferencing compared with the preliminary data to get a the differences of in area (Δ area) and the difference in volume (Δ volume). Value of RMSE, ΔD, Δ Area, and Δ volume anaylze with accuray of registration map scale. The results of the field coordinate data obtained RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) value of 10.20m and ΔD maximum 29,29m then field data can not be used on a 1:1000 scale map registration. Information systems of underground space visualize on TM3° coordinate system. Retrieved Δ area maximum of 241.86m2, a minimum of 0.44m2 and Δ volume maximum of 1088.39m3, a minimum of 1.97 m3. From the overall results of the study that value of RMSE, ΔD, Δ area and Δ volume did not meet registration map.
