PGT. Sindangwangi is challenged to always improving the productivity and quality to be able to compete with other producer of Gum Rosin. This research addressed answering is the challenge as explained in research question, How system development of management quality in PGT. Sindangwangi as according to run business process? <br /> <br /> <br /> This research is done through a sequence of activities started with a preliminary study. Data collection, data analysis, and system development of management quality of company follows. A preliminary study covers the literature study and identification of company existing condition, which is defined by its business process. Data collection is conducted by interviews, direct observation and related document. The analysis uses a gap analysis approach to see the existing Quality Management practices compared to ISO 9001:2000. Afterwards Development of Quality Management System can be done by applying other standard or adding other requirement to comply with ISO 9001:2000, Quality Management System. <br /> <br /> <br /> From this research, it is found that there are 5 categories at Gap. It means that the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System is implemented not yet fully and also it does not cover all intended processes to run its business. Accordingly, PGT. Sindangwangi needs to develop further its Quality Management System.
