| Summary: | This final project will contain study about displacement velocity and analyze the patterns of strain that occurs in the region of Central Java that based on continuous GPS observations in 2009 until 2012. In this final project, writer used GPS observational data with RINEX format and using Bernese 5.0 software for data processing with differential method for GPS observation. Generally, all the displacement speed vector obtained from the observation points was going to southeast direction, with maximum value of 0.034607 meter/year. Furthermore, the strain pattern that based on displacement speed are dominantly have compression characteristic. This indicates the presence of a subduction zone in the area of research. |
