The role of the government is to manage the resources in order to give positive economic impact through a series of government policy, which encourage enablement of resources utilization to develop a particular sector <br />
according to base of priority. <br />
The research use dynamic system approach to show system sub sector which consist of population, field of business, land, capital, government and labor which support regional economic system, and <br />
determine policy alternative which support regional economic. <br />
Alternative policy which analyzed are: increasing investment climate through reducing ICOR value, development capital government spending for each business sectors, and tax. Those policies have the potential to increasing nominal value of Gross Domestic Regional Income (G M), Per <br />
capita GDRI, and various level of productivity. The concern is how the i mplication of each policy. <br />
