In Indonesia <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> there are only a few hospitals that have used CDSS and the usage of this CDSS is very often <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> no abligatory, so that in many case the systems are not optimally utilised <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this study is to construct a model of CDSS acceptance by physicians and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> analyze the factors that influence acceptance. The research model was built using the basic <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> model of unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). There are fourteen <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> hypotheses developed in this study and processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> with the support of LISREL applications. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In the data collection using survey conducted by distributing questionnaires in paper form <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> and online, 190 respondens were collected from a wide range of expertise. In this research, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> the results of data processing show that the use of CDSS is significanly influenced directly <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> and indirectly bybehavioral intention, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> compatibility, information quality, system quality, self efficacy, level of involvement, trust in <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> knowledge base, social influence, andfacilitating condition text |
