Description
Summary:Increasing development activities, encourage the excavation potential financial sources ini order to finance it. One of the potential financial resources sector that could be improved is the Land Parcel and Buildings Taxation (PBB). To support the process of identification of the tax object, we need a accurate and renewable source of geospatial data because over time it is possible there is a change on the object that has the potential to increase the tax revenue of PBB. By using techniques photogrammetry and LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging), a 3-D map can be produced and will be used as one source of data to identify potential additions to the components of the calculation of the tax, such as building area and land area, as well as changes function on land and or buildings. Quality of spatial data from data sources that are used, can be seen from several elements such as lineage, positional accuracy, attribute accuracy, logical consistency, and completeness with residual coordinate of line map is 0,436695 meters and residual coordinate of BPN Persil Map transformation results with line map is 1,49816 meters. Then, the result showed an indication of the building extensive additions of 1.75% that can increase 0,406 % the income from Land Parcel and Buildings Taxation (PBB).
