Building is place where people do indoor activities, for example lecturing. The using of building, in any activities must be accompanied with awareness of building maintenance, whether daily maintenance such as regular cleaning or periodical maintenance such as renovation, can be incidental if there’s any damaged part and it must be addressed as quick as possible. Building maintenance should be supported with numerical information about building such as area, volume, amount of glass, amount of door and so on, so it is needed visualization of Labtek IX C, also known as graphical database of Labtek IX C. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Graphical databases of Labtek IX C is three-dimensional (3D) visualization of Labtek IX C that comes from two-dimensional blueprints of Labtek IX C. In the making of graphical databases is used program based on Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and implementation of making graphical database is 3D geometry objects joining and/or slicing. The result is Labtek IX C 3D model in .dwg form. Analysis which be conducted is about graphical databases and the using of graphical databases for management information system, also relation of graphical databases and textual databases. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> From Labtek IX C 3D model, it can be known numerical information directly with inquiry tools on AutoCAD without writing into textual database. Numerical information of Labtek IX C can be used as one of decision making in management information system in building maintenance. With knowing size of Labtek IX C building component, it can be known how many material which is needed, also cost which will be paid.
