Roschele says computer-based learning as a learning methods support the characteristics of effective learning: active, cooperative, interactive and contextual.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> This thesis uses both technological and pedagogical perspectives about interactive elearning using game and animation in mathematics for SD. Next steps are analysis, design of Learning Management System (LMS), design of game and animation, implementation of system, functional testing of system, evaluation of testing and observation in schools. The modeling of system uses UML.Case study of this thesis is teaching number object to 1st and 2nd class. This thesis shows that interactive e-learning system using game and animation become an effective tool that support pedagogical aspect in computer-based learning, helps teacher in class management, and makes mathematics as a fun learning. As the last result, interactive e-learning system can reduce time consuming in teaching and learning. text
