Indonesia’s vast marine territory are two a three of the total his area, in addition there are also contained many resources which are found in the sea, Potential resources should be able to be used with the fullest extent possible to support the indonesian economy. In indonesia there are several objects in the space of waters that its management given to several related institution. Besides that also objects in space waters indonsia is also governed by the rule of law. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The undergraduate thesis is devoted been studying main task and functions of institutions that are related to the space indonesian waters and identified with laws and regulations in the country. A result produced on an errand the end of this is clarity main task and functions of institutions that are related to the space waters in indonesia. And analysis of the results obtained still the occurrence of deficient in terms of coordination between institutions. Besides the result obtained can be concluded that there are still many overlapping authority between agencies, coordination between agencies that are still less well. So it is necessary to create a new agency in charge of coordination of the institutions related to space objects in the waters of Indonesia
