The Pasar Turi in Surabaya area, is a market of public space that mixture trading area, service area, government building area dan housing settlements, these <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> market were located in centre city for meeting citizen and the facilities in North Surabaya. The existing of Pasar Turi cause enhance value area and become physical and visual city of quality. On the other hand, the need for people of Surabaya has increase. The, the phenomenon should be anticipated by redeveloping of this area for people in Surabaya. The goal of study is make assessment of Pasar Turi market, especially wholesaler block can still operate. The study method through Building Performance Evaluation as design approach. The research to obtain design citeria including maximum intensity research, can be developed through technical aspect ; health, safety and security. The pattern of research is physical observation, building condition measurement to be related technical aspect and conduct the questionnaire to seller that used random sampling technical. The pattern of analysis uses correlational research with JMP computer program that the aim <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> strength of relationship of several technical aspect that influence room seller satisfaction. The final output of this study is a design simulation that maintain pasar Turi market as contextual orientation surrounding these area.
