Triple constraint only evaluate project fulfillment based on the project plan, on time, on scope and on budget but do not guarantee the final output is providing expected value for business, triple constraint is considered as short term goal which is easy to use for evaluating project but do not reflect the actual impact and benefit. There is a necessity to provide a comprehensive evaluation by evaluating the expected impact and benefit based on the expectation of project stakeholder. <br />

In this final project will design a performance management system for an Information Technology project in Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia with a case study on NEW ROAM SR project. The performance management system design will use Performance PRISM method by designing Performance Management System based on each stakeholder satisfaction and contribution then identification of what is strategy, process and capability required in achieving project stakeholder satisfaction and contribution. Stakeholder identification will be a key requirement on this process and followed by identification of key satisfaction, contribution and development of success map as a based on key performance measurement. Identified Key performance measurement to be able to use as a measurement required a weight, weight size for each KPI is defined using Analytical Hierarchy Process method (AHP). <br />

The final stage of designing performance management system for IT project is a proposed set of Key Performance Indicator, implementation mechanism and implementation plan and key benefit based on comparison of existing Project performance evaluation and proposed Key Performance Indicator system. |
