Based on the results of the analysis, the material that is inactive due to changes in policy and strategy of the company. While the stock out due to not proper inventory management, human resource competencies and long procurement process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Solutions overcome the consequences of the policy and strategy of the company is to check and classify the data inactive material in System Application and <br /> <br /> <br /> Product. These results will improve logistics performance with accurate data and reduce database storage. Inaccurate inventory can solved using the <br /> <br /> <br /> method of forecasting trend and seasonal on material samples Holding Welding Electrode 600A. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Results of the error level analysis methods and <br /> <br /> <br /> seasonal trend of 50 better than the actual value in 2012 of 104. Method of inventory systems using the Q method with optimal EOQ value of 244 pc and an average inventory of 122 pc is lower than the actual average value in 2011 of 353 pc, save inventory costs Rp 49.914.250,00. Employee will attend training to <br /> <br /> <br /> improve their competence. Procurement system time can be reduced by forming a specialized technical team so that the process is faster than 109 days to 67 days.
