For the purpose of being easier for users to get the information that they need, writer built Geographic Information System (GIS) web based for Herbarium Bandungense data. The development of this system information web based need 2 important step for data processing which is design spatial database and website that integrated with spatial database. This data processing use PostgreSQL for the method of design spatial database also Geoserver and OpenLayers for digital mapping. The database that designed use standard Taxonomic Databases Working Group for the reference. GIS web based built from a few script type like HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.The result of that data processing will be combined in a website that has user friendly design in SITH ITB website so it can ease the users for searching for the information that they need and for administrator for managing and updating Herbarium Bandungense dat |
