These activities should be supported by facilities development. The development of facilities in ITB can be seen from the broad scope of the expanded facilities each year. The wider scope of ITB facilities make it difficult to do monitoring and maintenance of campus facilities, so the purpose of this research is to create a geographic information system that can facilitate and expedite facilities monitoring activities in ITB. The data that is used is previous database that contains spatial data Iike ITB Campus maps and supportive non-spatial data, such as type of facilities, room names, panoramic photos and others. These data are processed into a single unified database and then visualized in the form of mobile web applications and web base-station. The results obtained from this research are a base-station web GIS applications that acts as a control center and a mobile web GIS applications for monitoring activities in the field. So with this two applications, the campus facilities monitoring activities can be done more easily and quickly
