Summary:Looking at the opportunity in increasing Industry demand and decreasing in human resource with special competence in telecommunication and information in Indonesia, accordingly that situation then ITHB had been built by professional from multinational company majoring IT and Telecommunication in Indonesia. However, that opportunity also taken by other university in Indonesia, so innovation in entrepreneurial culture in organization will be needed for giving the value added in ITHB than other university. This research objective is to analyzed entrepreneurial culture in ITHB management and analyzed the entrepreneurial leadership type of top management in ITHB so that can be realized dimension that should be increased to creating entrepreneurial culture in ITHB.Research Method using EOS and ELQ with total respondent 60 people from total 90 employee. Result from EOS pointing that entrepreneurial culture in ITHB still need to be <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> improved. Considering that the score for entrepreneurial dimension is in mean level. Result from ELQ, pointing that fulfillment level in every type of entrepreneurial leadership is in the good level, just in explorer level needed to be improved. Recommendation from research result; increasing in Risk Taking dimension with giving reward to employee and trying to break of the punishment to employee that doing mistaken in innovation. Top Management have to support creating situation that encouraged employee to delivered their idea, Top Management also have to involved directly to the customer.
