cable. Gravitation, wind, and surface tension are some of the factors that in-
uence the dynamic of thin water film around cable. Considering all these three
factors, a modifcation of Navier Stokes formula is dened. This new equation
is able to model the dynamic of thin water film around a cable under in
uences
of gravitation, wind, and surface tension. To show the dynamic models, this
