Based on to the Act Number 22 / 2001 on Oil and Gas in which the activities of oil and gas business is now oriented to the market mechanism. Therefore, the transformation of Pertamina now is a major theme. To support this transformation, the company needs to increase the quality of human resources that can be seen from the competence level of each individual that is defined from the values of the company that called 6C. From so many factors that can support the increasing of <br /> <br /> <br /> values application, leadership and organizations culture become the main focus in this study to see how much influence both. <br /> <br /> <br /> The influence of leadership and organizational culture will investigated using multiple linear regression method by analyzing two independent variable which are <br /> <br /> <br /> leadership that consisting of transformational leadership, transactional, laissez faire, strategic behavior and follower facilitation; and organizational culture that consisting of adaptability, involvement, consistency, and mission towards independent variables which is the company value that consist of Clean, Competitive, Confident, Customer-Focused, Commercial, and Capable. <br /> <br /> <br /> The results of the study found that the effect of each type of leadership and organizational culture has different effects on each value system. It is therefore necessary that the value of the holding of the implementation of good done partially in accordance <br /> <br /> <br /> with needs. In addition, the majority of leadership and organizational culture that has a significant influence on each set of values is the strategic leadership and transactional behavior and adaptability. Pertamina can be focused on strategic behavior and transactional leadership and also apply adaptability on culture, to support the maximization of 6C implementation. text
