This technology aims to further improve services to the clients, one of which is the payroll system. This payroll system made to manage the salaries of West Java and Banten local government. Until today, Bank Jabar Banten still provides manual input payroll system. This payroll system is no longer optimal to do anymore, because it takes time, effort and considerable expense. This research was conducted to know the optimal measurement of payroll system which was run in Bank Jabar Banten so far. It is also compared with other alternative solutions such as manual input plus, build own technology and outsourcing. The research will be conducted using business situation analysis, technology analysis and cost analysis of each alternative solution. Based on the business situation analysis, cost analysis and technology analysis, found two roots cause faced by the Bank Jabar Banten so that the payroll system is not running optimally. First, there is no data formatting rules for each data to be entered. Bank Jabar Banten employees who perform this process only need five fields, namely the employee id, employee name, salary, credit pieces, and cut services. This format combined with the number of data to be processed. Second, Bank Jabar Banten felt that they do not need the technology for their payroll system yet. The Bank Jabar Banten was already quite satisfied with the current condition. They felt that many services believe them to manage the service’s payroll system. In addition, they also felt they saved money by not using technology. The conclusion obtained from this research is outsourcing the payroll system is the best option for the Bank Jabar Banten. This is based on the results of cost analysis which showed that by outsourced the technology for payroll system make Bank Jabar Banten save more times, cost and quality of service to the department. The implementation by outsourced the technology is creating a conceptual framework, work breakdown structure, organize business process, system framework, design interface, testing and evaluation, education, integration and launching, promotion, documentation, and evaluation of improvement. All these activities were discussed with outsourcing company so that Bank Jabar Banten get their desired technology. text |
