Although, the utilitzation of this method does not provide a visual 3D model of the area that can be utilized to extract geometrical information. The utilization of Terrestrial Laser Scanner technology makes it a possibility. The research methodology used for this research are literature review, survey planning, data acquisition and data processing to acquire the 3D model of the landslide area from 2 sets of observation, one from April 2013 and the other from September 2013. This research obtains two 3D model that based on analysis, a mean landslide movement of 4.9 mm in a five month period. Positional and movement data from GPS observation is also obtained. The GPS data obtained from this research is not good enough to be used as a validation method because of the inoptimal GPS observation times.

The 3D model as a result from the Terrestrial Laser Scanner observation can be used for the mapping and deformation monitoring process of the Ciloto, West Java landslide area.
