Hospital as one of public health services unit has an important mission in realizing a high level of health in Indonesia. In Indonesia, the opportunity of hospital is still high. So, many businessmen invest in this industry. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In recent years, hospital industry grows very rapidly. Many emerging private hospitals provide services both general and specialized services such as eye centre, kidney hospital, and mother and child hospital. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Major issues are how we made to reconcile these two interests, XYZ hospital will be for sale by the owner and ABC hospital will expand. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This final project focuses in determining financial healthy degree from Hospital XYZ by The Modification Altman Z Score method and corporate valuation with Discounted Cash Flow method in three scenarios, optimistic, most likely and pessimistic. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Implementation of the strategy focuses in corporate valuation and financial feasibility. Parameters was measured including WACC (Weight Average Cost of Capital), PBP (Pay Back Period), NPV (Net PresentValue), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), ROI (Return on Investment) , ROE (Return On Equity) and BBP (Basic Business Profitability) and comparison corporate valuation before and after acquisition.
