However, market price will always change by the growth of the city. Therefore, adjustment of NJOP by doing the field survey in large area is not efficient. It is because of comparison the number of labor and numbers of parcels in Bandung City are 1:1467. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Spatial Pattern is expected to describe a phenomenon of a distribution based on spatial. To analyze spatial pattern of a distribution, can be used spatial statistic methods. These methods are used to analyzing spatial pattern of distribution on the surface of the earth so that spatial pattern can be called random, clustered, or dispersed. Spatial statistic also can be used to analyze correlation between attribute value and its location. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Statistic spatial methods that will be used in this research are nearest neighbor and hot spot analysis. Nearest neighbor method will be used as spatial pattern analyzes at Andir Distric, Bandung City, while hot spot analysis will be used to analyze correlation spatial on NJOP.
