Cell density and biomass which were produced from the ninth day of cultivation were 1,07 × 107 cell/mL and 1,35 g/L. The result of lipid productivity extraction from soxhletation method, LPG with sonication and LPG without sonication were 83,25 μL/g, 36,75 μL/g dan 13,25 μL/g. text |
