Oil spill disaster management planning is needed to be able to reduce the negative impact of the oil spill. The basic thing is done from the oil spill disaster management planning is to know the oil spill disaster prone areas and study the direction and speed of the oil spill. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this research is to create a map of oil spill flow models with several scenarios on several areas prone to oil spill disaster. This study will examine the characteristics of the ocean dynamic that can be used as a reference to the flow of oil spills at sea with Mathematic Modelling method. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The value of the maximum current velocity in west monsoon is 0.391 m/s, and in east monsoon is 0.684 m/s. Based on the result of modeling, it can be concluded that the spread of oil spill on the same source but different time can lead to differences in the direction and speed of the oil spill spread. It certainly makes difference in terms of oil spill response action text
