Toll plaza evaluation aims to assess the performance of the connecting roads and toll plazas, as well as identify problems that arise in connecting roads, toll gates, toll terminals and terminals as well as non-toll related to the operation of toll booths. Evaluation studies conducted at the toll plazas of West Bekasi Toll Plaza with the object of study is the toll gate, toll terminals (on ramp), and non-toll terminals. The evaluation performed on a connecting road (ramp), a connecting road capacity and on ramp capacity. Evaluation of the toll gate includes evaluating gate capacity, queue, service time, and geometric. In the non-toll terminals, the object of the study included capacity and capacity segment approach to non-toll roads. Analyses were performed per direction for each direction of traffic in and out to the toll highway. The results of the evaluation found that capacity on the ramp was not able to accommodate the traffic into toll roads. While at the gate entrance (entry gate), both in terms of toll booth capacity, queue length that occurs, the service time, as well as geometric still in accordance with standards and still be able to accommodate the existing traffic flows. For outgoing traffic the toll road, both in terms of geometric, service time, as well as toll booth capacity is still in accordance with standards and still be able to accommodate existing traffic flows. The result of evaluation on non toll terminal, non toll roads that accommodate traffic flow coming out from the toll gate is greater than its capacity. Toll plaza as a system, it is already not able to provide services in accordance with the standards prevailing at the busy hour.
