Stream-flow patterns in the study area is affected by fractures or faults called rektangular pattern. Genetic Types river in this area consists of rivers consequent, subsequent and obsequent.

Based on lithological characteristics of rocks found in the study area, geological research area is divided into four units namely breccia Unit, Sandstone - Mudstone Unit, Limestone Units, and Alluvial deposits. Based on Breccia Unit lithological characteristics of the study area, the unit is synchronized with Jampang Formation (Simandjuntak and Surono, 1992) the age of the Late

Oligocene - Early Miocene and were deposited in a marine environment (Martodjojo, 1984) preciselyin the Distal Zone of Volcanic (Based on Volcanic facies by (Bogie & Mackenzie, 1998). Based on the analysis of small foraminifera were observed in rock samples, Sandstone - Mudstone Unit deposited in the Middle Miocene age and have a depositional environment Middle Neritik. At

Limestone Unit depositedin Middle-Late Miocene age with a depositional environment in Outer Neritik. Structures that developed in the study area is obtained in the form of reverse fault and strike slip fault. The fault consists of Cibodas Reverse Fault, Pamuntuan Strike Slip Fault, Panangapan Strike Slip Fault, PasirKrapyak Strike Slip Fault. These structure was estimated begin at

Pliocene-Pleistocene age. text
