Summary: | Kusuma Field is one of oil and gas field which is owned by Total E&P Indonesia and occurred in Mahakam Delta, Kutai Basin, East Kalimantan. Those are 24 wells have been investigated within an area of 18,9 km2. Interval of area research has proven as a producible natural gas and oil interval. Core, XRD, and petrography data analysis on FS 6 – FS 7 showed that major minerals existed and consisted on rock are quartz and clay minerals. Those minerals became major parameters in petrophysics study. Petrophysics study was done through multimin model by using dual water methods that refers to major parameter thus we could get deliver reliable
Volume of wet clay, porosity, and water saturation are those petrophysical properties which obtained from multimin analysis model. Comparation of petrophysical analysis result by lab to multimin analysis indicated coherent value. Average porosity of those potential
