| Summary: | The completion of customary land tenure in Indonesia has not fully regulated by the government. This research aims to studying application of STDM in describing the customary land tenure in Kampung Naga. Classificational analysis is used in order to analysis the application of STDM related with content about customary land tenure in PMNA Number 5 year 1999. Result of the research show that STDM can used to identify the parameter of costumary land tenure based PMNA Number 5 year 1999. |
