industrial, engineering, and commerce. This creates the unique one-stop service, but to keep offering high <br />
<br />
<br />
quality products and services. Therefore the work unit on Information Technology is required to think and <br />
<br />
<br />
behave in entrepreneurial in order to answer the challenge. <br />
<br />
<br />
This study aims to determine that there is a culture of corporate entrepreneurship in the Information <br />
<br />
<br />
Systems Unit PT Timah. In order to achieve these objectives, used two measurement tools developed by <br />
<br />
<br />
Thornberry (2006) the Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS), to measure the overall culture of <br />
<br />
<br />
corporate entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ) to measure the <br />
<br />
<br />
behavior of the real application of Entrepreneurial Leadership. This study was conducted to 54 <br />
<br />
<br />
respondents. <br />
<br />
<br />
The data obtained in this study of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the <br />
<br />
<br />
data results of questionnaires Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS), Entrepreneurial Leadership <br />
<br />
<br />
Questionnaire (ELQ) and conduct interviews with employees of Unit PT Timah (Persero) Tbk. <br />
<br />
<br />
Meanwhile, the secondary is obtained from documents provided by the company. In this study qualitative <br />
<br />
<br />
data processing of the results of a quantitative questionnaire using Likert scale. <br />
<br />
<br />
Results of these studies, obtaining a general overview of Information Technology Work Unit cultures PT <br />
<br />
<br />
Timah, namely cross functionaly, speed, market intelligence and support, while the cultural orientation of <br />
<br />
<br />
the individual and the risk gets less visible portions. From ELQ results showed the highest disparities <br />
<br />
<br />
occurred in Integrator type, while the type of gap lower miners shows that leadership in Information <br />
<br />
<br />
Technology unit of PT Timah is characterized by the type miner. <br />
<br />
<br />
From the analysis, we recommended to Information Technology unit of PT Timah to increase the <br />
<br />
<br />
dimensions and orientation of individual courage to promote a culture of risk taking entrepreneurial. To <br />
<br />
<br />
build entrepreneurial leadership necessary character types Integrator. <br />
<br />
<br />
