Dirgantara Indonesia (PT.DI) is a jewel in south East Asia one of the aircraft manufacturing companies <br /> <br /> <br /> in the world, their vision are to be world class aerospace company based on high technology mastery and cost competitiveness in the global market. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT. DI facing challenges caused by dynamic environment and various factors that pressure this company to change. In order to improve its performance and reshaping company, they initiate restructuration and revitalization program. With strong desire to change and also supported by government through ministry state of own enterprise. PT.DI implement large scale self-improvement program to address the business challenges and maximize opportunities in the present as well as the future. Strategy are made as respond for the program, In order to substantiate, PT. DI need to create circumstance in this term culture that will support the strategy. In accordance with those problems, this final project will discuss about renewing corporate culture through strategy alignment. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To aligning corporate culture with strategy, using strategy map analysis, we can first examine company <br /> <br /> <br /> strategy and mission that expanded into balance score card, next phase are analyzing corporate culture using OCAI supported with In-depth interview, Group discussion and Observation, Based on both result analysis we can use it to establish the operational values that should make up the company culture. All of data and information as final project consideration is obtained from questionnaire and interview. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of analysis toward the information that is obtained from PT DI, it concludes that PT DI recent <br /> <br /> <br /> culture is adhocracy and preferred culture are market. Renewing culture that possible for PT DI is by approve and execute new practice and process that derived from organizational Alignment model. The <br /> <br /> <br /> implementation plan proposed are divided into three phases, each phases are build to create sustainability of the new corporate culture in the company. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Keywords: Aircraft Manufacturing, Corporatae Culture, Organizational Alignment
