Summary:New Kartika is a company that provide services in automotive industries for its customers. Its provides a car was services for its customers. The services that provided are snow car wash, oil change service, and also offering another various automotive care products. Currently, New Kartika is one of the biggest player in car wash business within the Northern territory of Bandung. New Kartika consumer comes from Bandung and for the potential consumer comes from outside Bandung. Current business issues that New Kartika faced is the company condition currently in maturity. Where at that point, the company condition is at inefficiencies of operational activities that resulting the decrease of market share that will affect corporate earnings. To overcome this, New Kartika require a corporate strategy review. The purpose of this study will hopefully help the company to achieve sustainable conditions. One method that can be used to assess the company's strategy is Triple Bottom Line of Sustainable Business. This method will consider three main aspects to its implementation. These aspects include the economic, social, and environmental aspect. These three will maintain the continuity of New Kartika in the long term. From the assessment of every aspect, it resulting the activities that need to be considered by the New Kartika to achieve long-term sustainability that will be obtained. hese activities include the activity which is related to the three pillars of the Triple Bottom Line of Sustainable Enterprise. Economic aspect shall pay attention to customer <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> satisfaction, bonuses, customer loyalty programs, innovation and promotion. Social aspect will focused on employee satisfaction, training and work rules as well as awards for employees. Beside that, environmental aspect will focused on environmental conservation programs, one through the handling of waste treatment and eco-green activities.
