But not all companies treat human resources as assets but as cost which burden on companies. Companies which pretend human resources is the burden will make the employees l not be satisfied and result in increased turnover. <br /> <br /> <br /> Companies that want to treat their employees as assets that need to be nurtured and guarded certainly need partner / partner. PT AYO Multi Kreasi was founded with the intention of a partner for companies to provide and create a very conducive atmosphere for work so that employees feel that they are part of company. AYO was established in June 2009 with three ownership shares are: Annisa (60%), Shofwim (30%), and Ridho (10%). <br /> <br /> <br /> Until now the company only consists of Opim (Shofwim) and Ridho that and no other employees, causing Opim as the owner of the company at the forefront in terms of getting consumers, while Ridho only acted as the financial part of it. The absence of the marketing team that can move to find new customers led the company did not go according to estimates in the first place. Therefore it is necessary actions to remedy this. <br /> <br /> <br /> After having conducted the analysis using different tools for both internal and external factors known to some of the problems faced by the AYO. Among these problems is not the marketing team that can actively move to find new customers, and other types of standard products that do not want to be marketed by AYO well-structured. To solve this problem AYO try to re-planning again the strategy. <br /> <br /> <br /> AYO is a corporate strategy for directional strategy with a focus on growth strategy. Business strategy used is the differentiation strategy of the company is always looking for something that differentiates the company with other similar companies. Some implementations of its functional strategies are: working with a company that is engaged in marketing and has a large network of major corporations and GO with Opim (owner) try always to create and develop activities in accordance with the interests of consumers and also the activities that have a high selling price. <br /> text
