Financial policy, which is part of strategic planning, is not something that the instructions defining precisely / accurately but more of a reference set of managerial choice. Financial <br />
policy may change over time, as the environment changes, policies should adapt. <br />
Review of financial policies carried out by examining the financial policies that exist today. Corporate Financial Policy structure is devided into 7 (seven) main elements, namely Mix, <br />
Maturity, Basis, Currency, Exotica, External Control and Distribution. <br />

FRICTO Analysis (Flexibility, Risk, Income, Control, Timing, Others) is required to further analyze the financial policy that has been designed. With these tools, the financial policies structured will become more sharply and approriate with the characteristics of the business and the economic conditions faced by the company. |
