In reality, there are still many non-commission carrier officers of Indonesia Army which are not appropriate with their capabilities. In this context, it means that beside the consideration of organization, it must be considered appropriately which position is the most suitable for the personnel beside to fulfill the quantity and quality. <br />

To reach the soldier profesionalism, it is important to think about the significancy of Human Resource Management which consist of several policies and systems that influence behaviour, attitute, and performance of the soldier. To gain ‘the right man on the right‘ place it is required some actions and policies to anticipate and adapt the process of change by correcting the system of placement, which in turn to prepare the superior personel of Indonesia Army‘s competitive advantages and ready to face the changing environment. <br />

This research uses qualitative-descriptive method by focussing the research on placement system of non-commission officer of TNI AD. This research also uses literature search, interview, observation and polling as technic of collecting data. <br />

Hopely this research will give contribution to TNI AD on understanding of the placement system of non-commision carrier officer as the back bone of Indonesia Army. Indeed, this research will give knowledge in the discourse of placement system in the future, in order to enhance the professionalism of TNI. |
