Radio broadcast industry are a new prospect for Investors due to its existence during monetary crisis - although has lower profit but <br /> still survive. Before the crisis, people invest the money on banking assets or property. But nowadays, people see commercial radio <br /> broadcast as quite promising business. Supported by autonomy decentralisation, current radio industries require broader business area, <br /> which is more dynamic and flexible to support the company in the competitive macro economic world. In terms of its establishment, PT. Radio Delta Insani is establishing PT. Jaringan Delta Indonesia (JDI) as holding company for several Delta radio stations branches in many areas of Indonesia. Therefore, performance measurement are very important to every company branches. Propose of this study is to build a management strategy using balanced scorecard and make priority in <br /> every perspectives and indicators thus every decisions taken are accurate, immediate, and consistent in order to evaluate radio network <br /> performance in PT. JDI. This performance measurement are also become indicators of company\'s weaknesses or successfulness. <br /> Result of this study, good performance of a radio network are i nfluenced by radio network critical success factors in each perspective: <br /> 1. The indicator of `Learning and growth perspective\': Employee Productivity, Information System Capability, and Employee motivation sustainability. <br /> 2. The indicator of `Process Business Internal Perspective\' : product quality improvement, Service Improvement, Updated technology <br /> and radio program. <br /> 3. The indicator of `Customer Perspective\' : Customer Retention, Market Share, Customer Satisfaction, Customer and Product Quality Service <br /> 4. The indicator of `Financial Perspective\' : Corporate Profitability and Growth Profit <br /> This study also determine the performance evaluation of PT JDI which is considered as on the moderate level
