Summary:ABSTRACT <br /> <br /> <br /> PT.Citra Sandang Textile is a company engaged in the textile industry, this company has a concentration that focuses on the business fabric weaving process . The problem faced by the company is a long cultural problems that have occurred hamper the company in its efforts to conduct a thorough revamping, the company is implementing a basic planning tool to be firm in implementing the concept of business process evaluation and corporate performance . <br /> <br /> <br /> The final project is to bring conceptual Six Sigma in a company based on the interests of directors of the concept of lean six sigma, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analysis, Improve, Control) is a step that is implemented as a tool that is quite obvious step process and contains elements of statistics and graphs can facilitate users in making analysis. The process begins by mapping the operator level and conduct interviews to obtain conditions that occur in the field, and then compared with the appropriate conditions set forth in the guidelines. After getting the information and then proceed with the initial concept of six sigma . <br /> <br /> <br /> Results of field mapping to get a fairly complex problem , a problem in the supply chain concept , the difference between the Standard Operating Procedures with the field operator action , the absence of order , and the absence of tools to analyze the problem . After a period of mapping and analysis phases of the obtained multiple actions to be implemented at companies such as : 1 . Set the enterprise performance management, 2. Implement Lean Six Sigma concepts, 3. Running as an integral concept of Kaizen tools of six sigma , 4. Implement Lean Enterprise concept . <br /> <br /> <br /> Implementation of Six Sigma concept has been proven over time the implementation of six sigma , the manager has a view of patterns and tools in conducting the output efficiency evaluation , because this concept gives figures step process passing phase then the manager is very easy to understand the target as well as the data needed to perform analysis and comparing between processes . <br /> <br /> <br /> Keywords : lean enterprise , lean, six sigma , efficiency, corporate performance
