| Summary: | ERP system that fastly growing, are already used by most companies, not only as a business supporter, but has become a business enabler. Thus, it is not uncommon that many companies choose to use the ERP system in order to improve the productivity of the company. However, some previous literature stated that many organizations / companies are more focused on the implementation phase and neglected the post-implementation phase. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the degree of influence of the factors that affect the level of Overall ERP Benefits, begins with the factors associated with IT - Business Partnership on Maintenance and Support phases of the ERP system. This study aims to develop a relevance model among IT-Business Partnership and Maintenance and Support, which is influence the level of Overall ERP Benefits. The model is developed based on IT-Business Partnership, Maintenance and Support, and Overall ERP Benefits. In this study, fifteen hypotheses constructed and tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method, using LISREL applications. Based on a sample of 116, found that the ERP Overall Benefits are directly influenced by the ERP User Support, ERP Change and Enable ERP Business Improvement and Change. While ERP User Support influenced by management's - IT Ownership and IT Professional's - Business Ownership, ERP Change and Improvement influenced by IT Professional's - Business Ownership and User's Guide - IT Ownership, and ERP Enable Business Change is influenced by the IT Professional's - Business Ownership, IT Manager's - Business Ownership and User's Guide - IT Ownership. |
