Target furniture of PT XYZ products are middle to upper class consumers. Now, PT XYZ is going to expand their business in domestic market. Bandung is the main target of PT XYZ to do domestic expansion. The decision was made based on consideration that there is an increase in economic growth of Bandung significantly plus an increase in development of housing industry. With increased of housing industry,then the need for furniture will increase so that the chances become even greater. However, it is not easy to penetrate the market in Bandung. There are some limitations that become obstacles for PT XYZ to expand. This final project was created to provide solutions of problems that faced by PT XYZ in expanding into the domestic market. The strategies proposed to overcome this problem is to establish business partners with investors. In this case, the investor as a provider of location while PT XYZ as a suppliers. The steps that must be overcome to realize this strategy is in three stages that is site selection, financial feasibility analysis and the establishment of new business entities. The result of this research is the strategic place to open the new furniture showroom in Bandung with the profitability projection that can achieve in every alternative location. From four locations, there are three locations that suitable in terms of financial feasibility aspect and sensitivity analysis aspect. The implementation of determining the location and establishing new business entity starts from cooperation agreement between PT XYZ and investor. The next step is establishing new business entity for investor so that the business value becomes increase. With this method, the goal of both parties in doing business can be achieved. text
