| Summary: | Product's quality of goods and services is one of the producer purposes in production activity. In order to obtain a quality product, producer can apply a system which known as a quality system. One of the quality systems can be applied is quality assurance system. Quality assurance system can be applied in various kind of production organization. However, in the residential construction project's supply chain, which it is a temporary organization, dominant external organization involvement, and consisting of organization with different condition of quality assurance system, the application of quality assurance system in the supply chain could face some problems.<p>The purpose of the research is to describe the quality assurance system condition in residential construction project's supply chain, which the condition consist of the condition of quality assurance system of every organization in the supply chain and the influence of that conditions to the condition of the quality assurance system in the residential construction project's supply chain. Condition of quality assurance system of every organization in the supply chain obtained from a survey using questionnaires to developers and contractors comparing the existing quality assurance system to the ISO 9001:2000 as a standard. The influence of quality assurance system condition obtained from a survey using questionnaires to developers and contractors, and processed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).<p>From the observation of the residential construction projects, known that the condition of the quality assurance system influenced by 4(four) criteria in ISO 9001:2000, which is management responsibility, resources management, production realization, and measurement, analysis, & improvement. The condition of quality assurance system in those organizations dominantly influenced by the fulfillment of management responsibility criteria. The influence of quality assurance system condition of each organization to the quality assurance system in the supply chain is varying. The quality assurance system condition of the developer is dominant to the condition of residential construction project's supply chain. |
