This final project data is taken from National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC) that used a set of data of World Ocean Data Atlas 2009 (WOA 09) and a set data of World Ocean Database (WOD) for its verification.

The methods that are being used in this project DO distributions processed with Ocean Data View (ODV) software, to get the result for each layer of depth. Southern Java Water was identified by 2 type of vertical profile DO by depth, on shore and open sea. The difference showed there was a rise DO on open sea at 300-500 depth meters meter, identified due to Indian Central Water(ICW) masses which rich oxygen. Oxygen Minimum Zone (OMZ) found at 500 – 600 depth meters near the coast. Correlation between temperature and DO are opposite in the surface, whereas wind positive correlated wtih DO. When east moonson, upwelling phenomenon occur, most minimum OMZ located with DO concentration about 0,885 ml/L. text
