Summary: | Knowledge as a company asset has contribution to grow the company up and its competitiveness. Asset utilization has become main topic just after competitiveness. Japanese company success is known for being influenced by expertise and employee skill. Unfortunately, in old management system, both of expertise and skill is linear to working period. This would be a constraint for new company to be able compete with old company. Due to this reason, it is needed a model to be bridge between skill and expertise with working period. By using this model, working period is not fully linear with skill and employee expertise. Employee skill and expertise source is knowledge while doing jobs during his working period. Based on working experience, there are many knowledge stick on employee himself. <br />

There is unimportant one until the critical one. Experiences composition defines employee expertise. The more critical experiences, the higher employee expertise. It would be the same for employee experiences onto the process of part making. By using the composition, part contribution rank toward product can be defined. By this method, more valuable part could be defined. Based on contribution rank, a part making process based knowledge map could be developed and then derivative knowledge from part and the contribution rank could be known. Using this information, more company policy such as content and development duration, company focus, and also company network management would be driven and lead proportionally better. <br />
