Summary:PT BF is a multinational company that has global competitiveness. This company is the only producer of vaccines and antisera quality international in Indonesia. The market share of PT BF covers national and international, where the company has been exporting vaccines to 122 countries. Currently PT BF has become the WHO global action plan. The entire vaccine product produced by PT BF has obtained from the WHO prequalification. PT BF as the government-owned company has responsibilities to enhance the health conditions of Indonesian population, with production vaccine and anti sera. In order to fulfill market needs and requests the WHO to produce HIB, PT BF develop pentavalent products that a combination of 5 vaccines (DTP, Hepatitis B and HIB). This product is considered more efficient and economical, in both the number of shots given to infants as well as the price of vaccines. To know the value of this project, it is necessary to do a feasibility study through several analyses. The analysis is obtained by performing a projection of profit and loss and cash flow projections. To assist in assessing an investment is feasible or not feasible using the Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dan Profitability Index (PI) method. Cash inflow and cash outflow for calculating the feasibility of project, using incremental analysis fro existing pentavalent project. Based on a feasibility analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the project pentavalent feasible to be implemented, it could be seen from a positive NPV, IRR in excess of cost of capital, and PI more than one. Payback periods of this project is 3 years 2 months. In a period of 10 years, the project has a terminal value amounting to IDR 561,082,453,251.
