Mechanical stirring process has been used widely, one of them is molten metal desulfurization process. Mechanical stirring aims to improve the characteristics of the molten metal mixing with the desulfurization reagents and efficiency the kinetics reaction. Desulfurization is one of the refinery steps that is commonly used in the steel and ferro alloys processing. Desulfurization of ferronickel at PT Antam (Persero) Tbk UBPN Sultra plant <br /> <br /> <br /> using methods such as mechanical stirrer impeller. The aimed of this study is to obtain the kinetics equations modeling in accordance with the ferronickel desulfurization actual conditions. Equation modeling is used to optimize the ferronickel desulfurization process <br /> <br /> <br /> more effective and efficient in terms of both time and energy. From five heat desulfurization process data showed that the desulfurization duration time from 30 minutes until 40 minutes. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> .....
