THE ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF FLARE GAS UTILIZATION FROM XXX AND YYY FIELD USING MINI LNG FOR INDUSTRY

The utilization of flare gas frequently had constraints of relatively small gas volume which the locations spread also distant from transmission or distribution <br /> <br /> <br /> pipe infrastructure. With the existence of those constraints, there is a need to analyze the gas transportation alternatives such as transport in a form of LNG. For flare gas and marginal gas fields that contain enough volume, mini LNG mill is one of the suitable choices to be analyzed. <br /> <br /> <br /> This analysis built two cases of mini LNG mill development with utilized a flare gas from XXX & YYY field with feed gas 5 MMSCFD. From the simulation that has been done using a simulator process, the result of LNG product is 2,616 MMSCFD. <br /> <br /> <br /> Economic analysis for mill development and mini LNG transportation with utilized flare gas from XXX & YYY field had a loan scenario of 70% with interest rate of 9% for mill investment and 15% for transportation investment. <br /> <br /> <br /> Thus, the result of IRR is 15,5%.
