Political parties are made to take control of the nation. There are many types. This final project will bring Election of Head and Vice Head of Indonesia House of Representatives. Based on UU MD3 2014, the election will use forum as the primary choice for election, if no decision are made, voting will be used. Before the election begin, every political parties will submit one name for the head and four names for the vice head that come from different parties. For winning the eletion, the political parties need to form a coalition. Before doing that, valuing the political parties will be needed to get the best result.In this final project, the model for valuing are branches of Cooperative Game Theory which are Shapley Value, Shapley Value with subjective coalitional weight, and The Core. Using these model, the analysis will tell us that Golkar, which have second highest seat of parliament, will be the most important member of coalition for KMP.
